Just moved into a house and renovated half of it and was dreading having my windows changed especially with a new baby and recent move… We had lots of quotes… Not the cheapest but not near the middle price range either… The owner came out a addressed allow our anxieties and gave us an honest genuine quote which was guaranteed I trusted him straight away unlike many others and the workmen have been absolutely amazing..very respectful clean and the workmanship is outstanding..can’t believe my luck to find these people.. I had a small conservatory fitted in March. I was very impressed with the quote and the way it was presented as well as the excellent value. the workman were very good and completed the job as stated and on time. I like to see how jobs go over a period before I comment and after a short while the doors became difficult to close. I left it for a while to see if it would settle down but eventually phoned the company. They were out the next day to fix the problem which again impressed me. I always feel that you know how good a company is if a small problem arises after the job has been completed and paid for, and they deal with it efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm after the way they have looked after myself – thankyou

We have nothing negative whatsoever to say about this company. From the initial visit of John, the Salesman to the last visit of the workman who did the final clean, the service was professional, efficient and sympathetic to our requirements. The finished conservatory is of a very high standard, and is a beautiful addition to our home. The work was completed on schedule, and the workmen always left the area as clean and tidy as possible. They also re-laid our patio and built a retaining wall, and the work in the garden was of an equally high standard. Unlike other companies, they didn’t charge extra for opening windows etc, and the price was very competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate the hire the services of this company in future. Thanks to Mark and all the team for a job very well done.

I have recently had new windows and a patio door fitted. Really pleased with the result. The fitters were clean, tidy, friendly and efficient. I’ve noticed a big difference with how warm the house is, especially now the cold weather is setting in. The price for the standard of windows and workmanship is really good value for money.

We have just had a conservatory built by this company. Picking a company to build your conservatory is a daunting prospect. The internet is awash with nightmare stories of conservatories going wrong, bad customer service etc. So any help you can get on this subject will always be appreciated.

Well here’s my experience and review on this company. This is only my opinion and my personal experience.

The conservatory built by this company was well built and looks excellent, from our point of view so glad we had the glass roof. There were a few minor problems along the way but what was so good about this company was that they were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. I was always able to phone either the salesman (John) or the owner (Mark) with any problems/issues/concerns I had and was always able to get hold of them or they returned my call.

From my own experience I would have no hessitaion in recommending this company, from the intial design meeting with John through to completion all the stages were done by professional and courteous tradesmen. The conservatories are well made and look excellant, but what was more important was the excellant customer sevice.

So to summarise there were a few issues along the way but these were minor and were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. The conservatories themselves are well made and look very good. The customer service is excellant and they are always on hand to help. The price!! Well that was competative as well.
